Andrew Walker - Director

Andrew qualified is a Quantity Surveyor and spent 5 years representing client interests as a QS before a move to contracting in 1989. Andrew joined QSP in 1990 as the senior QS and has played a major part in ensuring the continued success of the business over the last 20 years. He became a co-owner and director of the business in March 2009.

With a thorough and industry-wide understanding of the QS/financial role, Andrew’s expertise and adaptability is invaluable in finding financial solutions for clients and consultants alike. His goal is to take QSP forward, building on previous successes.

Martyn Brown - Director

Martyn has extensive experience of the construction process and has managed and co-ordinated projects to successful completion for over 30 years. He is a qualified General Practice Surveyor and joined QSP in 1989 as Design and Build Co-ordinator and Estimator.

Martyn became a co-owner and director of QSP in March 2009 and is responsible for the estimating/commercial function. He also personally manages the design and build side of the company’s activities.

Gary Broadhead - Director

Gary joined QSP in 1998 having previously worked in surveying, estimating and purchasing roles for large construction companies. He became a co-owner and director of QSP in March 2009.

With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, Gary is responsible for all aspects of purchasing, plant hire negotiations and sub-contractor appointments.

Steven Kelly - Construction Manager

Steven joined QSP in March 2017 with 25 years experience working for a Main Building Contractor. 

Steven has worked on major projects in retail, commercial and the private sector and has over 25 years experience covering all aspects of building, including refurbishment, construction and conservation. 

QSP considers Steven to be a valuable asset to the construction team.  He knows that at all times certain situations can be tough and demanding and produces sound solutions to overcome such demands.  He insists on good working practice from start to finish and forms good relationships with both site and office staff to encourage strong team work.
