The development is located in Riverside Estate, near Salts Mill in Saltaire. A mixture of natural stone, architectural render, zinc and pastisol cladding to walls was used within the construction, as well as plastisol cladding and single ply elastomeric membrane to roofs. This purpose built development has provided a warehouse and production facility, open plan office space, conference facility, meeting rooms, staff welfare facilities and a fully equipped gym and sauna.

QSP were delighted to be associated with this prestigious and futuristic building which provided many construction challenges along the way. The combination of numerous external materials, the building's futuristic shape, together with the location of the building (which has been shoe horned in between two busy roads and the Leeds/Liverpool canal), tested our expertise to the full.

The building has been nominated for an LABC West Yorkshire Building Excellence Award.
